    WHEN I APPROACHED FOR EDUCATIONAL LOAN THE MANAGER,SBI, DOWLESWARAM BRANCH,SAID THAT IT REQUIRES A GUARANTOR FOR MANAGEMENT QUOTA. COULD YOU PLEASE HELP ME BY GIVING THIS REPLY IS IT NECESSARY.

  • Somebody hacked my icici account user id and password and transferred 30000/- from my account

    Details of my icici account are

    Account number : ************
    Branch : Indiranagar branch, Bangalore

    Date of transfer from my account : 23rd oct 2009
    Date of charges levied on my account for transfer : 21st oct 2009

    So they might have intiated the transfer on 21st oct 2009

    Funds got transferred to an another ICICI account with name Chandhrasekharan – Mumbai – Powai Branch.

    I asked icici bank to provide me the account details of the other person but they didn’t provide me

    I lodged a complaint in icici and the complaint number is 122701084.

    Please try to resolve this and transfer the funds back to my account.

    As it is another icici account it can be easily traced. But icici people are not responding to my complaint properly.

    Is ICICI Mumbai- Powai branch mainly opened to theifs or is icici bankitself is doing all these?

    Dear Sir

    This refers to my credit history with serial number 409124823(my total details are given at the end of the email). In the subject report I have been rated wrongly in terms of my credit history because of defaulting credit cards & home loans. Please note that I have no over dues on credit cards or any home loans other than one disputed home loan on IDBI for merely Rs 63700.00( sixty three thousand & seven hundred only) for which I am not at all responsible as my so many requests to IDBI for regularizing the same has gone un heard by bank.

    Please note that I have two loan accounts with the IDBI bank. The loan amount for the a/c no. 806675100067111(Loan1) was 10,46,700/- & for a/c no 806675100155670(loan2) was 63700/-.
    There are no issues with Loan 1 hence I am not describing any details about that. I am giving details for the loan account 2

    I had applied for the loan of Rs 2,00,000 on 30th of June 2005. The loan amount was sanctioned & I was disbursed as first installment of Rs 63700/- on on 18th July 2005 & pre EMI was started by PDC cheques. As there was no further demand from the builder, hence I informed IDBI bank (jhandewalan branch) on 21st Feb 2006 to restrict the loan amount & start my EMI & stop pre EMI. The above request was not honored by IDBI bank & I send reminders again on following dates

    24.08.2006-To Elamach Building, Andheri East-Mumbai by post
    24.08.2006-To ElamachBuilding, Andheri East-Mumbai by Fax

    All above requests went unanswered & the loan amount was never restricted & no EMI was fixed for the disbursed loan amount.
    After that I moved out from Delhi. I visited IDBI head office in Mumbai & met Mr Manivannan & gave request to him for starting the ECS on both the loan accounts. I gave all the required documents for both the accounts so that ECS can be started. Same saving account was given for ECS for both the loan accounts.
    To me surprise the ECS started for only one loan account i.e. Loan1 & for Loan2 no ECS has started till now & even the loan amount is not restricted. In the absence of this ECS there is an outstanding piling up in my account & I have not been sent any reminders to my permanent address also. However few weeks before I got a call that my cheques have expired & I need to pay more cheques to start the EMI on Rs 200000. The 200000 was never disbursed hence EMI can not be paid on that.
    Also during recent conversation with bank I have asked them that I am ready to pay the entire amount of 63700.00 in one go for which also there is no response till date.

    However banks has declared me as doubtfull for bank loans under your CIBIL account which is wrong full on there account. Hence based on above explanation & proofs I request you to clear my name so that my credit history is maintained properly. With a separate letter I have sent request to DIBI also to give clarification on the same

    Harassment by ICICI bank in foreclosing credit card loan account – 9401 2701 4169 6000

    In respect of personal loan availed from ICICI bank, i sent email to them on 8th dec 2009 asking them to inform me the total balance outstanding as on date, so that i will foreclose the account.

    Accordingly i received email dt. 9th dec 2009 from ICICI bank, informing that I have to pay Rs. 33,521/07 for foreclosure in respect of A/c No. 9401 2701 4169 6000.

    Accordingly I deposited Cheque No. 000075 dt. 10/12/2009 drawn on City Union Bank Ltd,Mandaveli branch for Rs. 33,521/07 for the foreclosure of the above credit card loan account, along with the email received from ICICI bank.

    While so, today 11th dec fri, i received a call from hyderabad, ICICI bank at 11.58 am (Telephone Number 040 6606 8888) asking me to contact customer care number 4208 8000 for the foreclosure of the account.

    Then i informed the ICICI bank official, that i am not at all getting the customer care number 4208 8000 and i have wasted so many calls. I also told them that when i enclosed copy of the email sent by ICICI bank, informing me the balance that i have to pay, what is the necessity for me to call the customer care number.

    To this the ICICI bank official told me arrogantly that they wont foreclose the account even though i paid the amount. Then i told the ICICI bank official (040 6606 8888), that i will b compelled to write to Finance Ministry, REserve Bank of India, Ombudsman, i got evasive reply from ICICI bank official, that i can write to any body and they are not bothered and they wont foreclose the amount, even though i paid the full amount.

    The ICICI bank is driving the credit card customers to run from pillar to post even though the customers want to foreclose the credit card balance.

    It is high time that ICICI bank is pulled up and stringent action may be initiated against the bank for harassing the customers.

    I request your goodselves, Sir, to kindly arrange to instruct ICICI bank to accept the payment of Rs. 33,521/07 made by me towards foreclosure of credit card loan account no. 9401 2701 4169 6000 and put an full stop to the arrogant behaviour of ICICI bank.

    Please treat this as most urgent and action may be initiated as requested by me, Sir.

    My account details are: Bank: IDBI – T.Nagar Customer id: 4508415 A/c no: 194104000025975 This is with reference to my complaint given to my t.nagar branch regarding wrong money transfer from my account to various other accounts. I have given my complaint on 1st Feb in the morning and by now its more than 4days but still its not resolved. My account’s balance should be Rs.48,035/- and it shows only Rs.35/- and there should be a credit of Rs.48,000/- has to come from bank. Still i am not given a clear explanation either by you or the customer care person when i had called on 1st feb ( Ref.:DF/inetmiuse/01/02/2010 ) I strongly feel that there could be no chance for hacking my account since this particular account is operated only by me and i dont use internet banking for any transactions except railway booking and transfer of fund to my own other bank accounts. So no chances for hacking the account. Also my guess is that if any person hacks, he/she will transfer the entire amount in a single transaction to their own account. Whereas if you look at transactions happened my account there are multiples of debits and credits. Further there is a transaction for Rs. 1000/-. I dont think a person will hack an account for Rs.1000/-. And if any one would have hacked also they could have transferred the money only to their own single account. But i was given to understand that the money had not gone to three various account holders who all stay in different places. So my assumption is that it could be a banking computer/software error which has led me into all these intricacies.

    But from no one had called up from IDBI till now. They are very lethargic and showing a collaused approach.

    With due regards, I wish to bring to your kind notice, that I am holding the credit cards since 5 years. .You can refer the history of my HDFC Credit card No. 4346781002839454, which was in use since 2005. I used to pay the dues to all the credit cards (HDFC – 4346781002839454, ICICI – 4023685002130006, SBI – 4317575075582289, AXIS – 4718610100687905) on time. But due to loosing the employment opportunity and financial crisis, I failed to pay the card dues since 8 months to all cards. At present I am recovering from the crisis due to getting job again. I can clear all the dues of the above said cards in the financial year 2010 – 2011 without fail. I am ready to give standing instructions so as to settle the card dues. Hence I do request the concerned authorities to please settle all my cards and give me the possible mode for settlement. I will clear all the cards by the end of financial year 2011.

    I further request the honorable Ombudsman, to please do justice for me in this matter. I will clear all the said dues, in time, But some bank representatives are psychologically depriving me and it may lead to psychosis like medical ailments. If it is legally permitted I wish to pay the dues, through you sir.

    Further, I do request the authorities of CIBIL, to help me so that I can maintain good positive track record of CIBIL.

    Dear Sirs,
    Well, my name is as mentioned above..Som Shekharan A retired person from Army( PBOR)My daughter is doing graduation from IGNOU, She had to deposit a draft of Rs. 200/= as exam fee. Fortunately or unfortunately She went to a Branch of corporation bank in Palam New Delhi, & got the draft made.So far everything went fine. The real sorrow happened the next day when She went to IGNOU Rajghat.They said the draft should have been made IN favor IGNOU New Delhi & Not Rajghat, which earlier was acceptable, this time they turned it down to be corrected / remade. When She went to the bank to get the needful done She was told that they will charge Rs.100/- for the cancellation. She had no other option than to pay whatever they asked,Then She had to go through the entire process of making another Draft with changed address.
    That poor student who was unable to go to regular collage bcz of my inability to pay the huge amount of fee, had to shell out Rs.350/= to get THAT Draft of Rs.200/-. What surprises me is, why every banks have deferent policies, and why are they adamant in such cases where a student is made to shell out almost double amount to get a draft made. Where as in another similar case with the SBI.Palam Branch proved so helpful and co-operative When my wife who wanted to deposit a draft at YMCA Delhi,there was also a similar case, and SBI staff was so help full that they Simply got the change made and signed on the draft with Banks seal. Which proved so helpful to my wife. She didn’t have to cancell the draft nor she had to make another one.Which saved her the money & time. All I need to know is why every banks have deferent policies, and why they are not customer friendly. Why they don’t believe in helping the people especially poor students.

    Dear Sir,

    I am a resident of Pune and had purchased 2 mobile phones from Indiatimes shopping. They gave me a call, as their payment gateway was not working on internet and asked me to pay through IVR (phone banking). I have used my cousin’s credit card for payment. The payment was transferred immediately, wherein the Indiatimes representative confirmed to me on phone that I have processed the payment, and they have received it. Also, my cousin confirmed that the payment has been disbursed from his credit card account on the same day(March 22) itself. The Indiatimes representative said that you would get the bill and delivery soon.

    Now after 11 days, still the order was not confirmed, hence I tried calling their customer care number 15 times, which did not give me a proper solution and my order status.
    This is a case of money laundering and improper handling of money transactions. Hence I wrote a stern email that I would have to take this action to legal matters, if my order is not processed. Then I got a call from Indiatimes and they were asking that why did you pay from someone else’s credit card, and we are unable to accept this kind of payment.

    Indiatimes is speaking a non-responsible language, and wherein as a matter of fact, the payment is already disbursed from the citibank credit card of my cousin.

    They are just using customers credit money. Even if they delay 100 customers 20000 Rs, they are playing on the credit limit of 20L of customers and then easily replying to customers that your order will be canceled.

    I request you to look into this matter seriously and urgently, as this is a billing of 28000 Rs. This is a big amount of money getting laundered by Indiatimes

    I have used this card from 2005 and stopped using it on 2007as I did not received proper statement. For the last two years neither they have made any contact with me nor they have sent any statement. Suddenly at the end of 2009 they called me up for settlement and I did it for Rs. 3000/- to be paid in two installments. The payment has been cleared and they have sent me a mail stating that there is no outstanding from my end. Due to their negligence my name has been shown in Cibil list as a defaulter. After several request and sending them mail they did not bother to reply back to me. I had detailed discussion to their customer care department and regarding the said issue, now they have said after clearing outstanding payment then they will withdraw my name from cibil list which is fully unjustified. because i have done my settlement.After paying a Sum of Rs. 3000/- towards the full and final settlement against the due on my credit card to my agony that my name is there in the CIBIL as being defaulter. I have already informed lodge a complain several time over phone and mail simultaneously they did not brother about my case. .
    They did not send me any NOC till date.
    Expecting proper & quick action on the above matter is highly solicited.

    I am an ex Air Force personal & my regular engagement expired on Oct 2007.I suppose to get the benefit of 6th pay commission for which I got corrigendum PPO No. 08/14/B/CORR/59886/2010 & SBI Ozar(Nasik) has been asked to credit the amount w.e.f 10 Jan 2010 in my account but unfortunately they have not credited the amount in my pension account. I am running post to pillar but no positive result. It is my request to you that pls. instruct Ozar SBI to credit the amount with interest of 8%(not less than that)w.e.f 10 Jan 2010.Hope you will intiate the process & act accordingly.I have informed SBI through their online grievance procedure.

    I want to inform u that I am having a Savings A/c no. 30062054575 in SBI -BANK AT GOPALPURI BRANCH (GANDHIDHAM – KUTCH-GUJARAT).

    Further I would like to inform you that on 26.03.2010 I was in Ahmedabad and there I had withdrawn an amount of Rs. 9000/- with my debit card no. 6220180264800023337 from the ATM situated at RELIEF ROAD,NEAR PETROL PUMP,AHMEDABAD at around 1130 hrs and my balance amount shown in the withdrawl slip was Rs10744/- (withdrawl slip no. 1734) but on the same day in the evening when I was in need of sum more amount and I went to an ATM near Kalupur Railway Station – Ahmedabad I did withdrawn Rs. 500/- and the balance amount showing in my withdrawl slip was just Rs. 5244/-, I was quite surprised as I have not withdrawn the amount, so I went to the nearest SBI Bank and informed them about this. The SBI officers told me to inform the Branch with which I am having my a/c and I did so.

    I gave a letter dt. 27.03.2010 to the Branch Manager of SBI Bank – Gopalpuri Branch and the Manager told me that they will check and inform me within 10 days , so I waited for their reply. But when I approached the branch the Officer’s told me that the amount was actually withdrawn from my a/c and they cannot do anything about this. But I am sure that there is some mistake/fault of the ATM machine.

    I request u to kindly look into this matter and if any details is required kindly inform me so that I can provide the same.

    I have a Barclays Credit Card. I requested for a fore-closure on 31st May 2009 after paying Rs.8146 (I have a receipt for the same), so far they have not closed the account and have continued to charge my account with interest and compound interest. We have been corresponding with the back for some months now and each time we speak with the Cunsumer Services, they give you another figure!! They are continuing to direct me from pillar to post and keep increasing the amount. I have spoke to several people, written / sent emails to several people, but no one is listening. I think this is how they earn out of customers who have decidedt to close the account with them. Can anyone help? I was told to write to Ombudsman for some help!

    I was holding an ICICI Credit Card(No.4477 4699 0048 9009)and I have repaid the amount in excess of around a thousand rupees. I wanted to close the card and requested their call center executive to repay the excess amount vide cheque or e- transfer to my a/c.The call center executive promised me to send an sms with a code which would help me to get back the excess amount by the means mentioned above.this happened in july and till now i have not received any sms and when contacted the call center i was told that my card was canceled. But recently I applied for a loan and the financial institution refused the loan saying that I have to repay ICICI credit card the amount that is actually a credit balance. If my card is cancelled how come that the same information is not being given to those who access the required information? Because of this I am unable to take loans in any bank. Kindly help.

Hope someone really understands meaning of ‘Khayaal Aapka’

    i booked tata nano car with sbi, srikakulam main branch vide application no:110063506 on 22-4-2009 and paid rs. 3999-00 towardes interest for 3 months.car allotment letter dt.23-6-2009 with scheduled delivery oct-dec,2010.

    on the advise of field officer given cheque no.788493 dt.23-7-2009 for rs.1,40,000-00 to continue my booking beyond 3 months but my name was placed in the booking cancellation list & this fact was learnt by me accidentally while enquiring about car colour with tata motors on dt.22-7-2010.

    after harassing me for more than 2 months they credited rs.1,40,000-00 into my sb a/c no.11152318393 against my wish ( i claimed interest for 14 months )on dt.23-9-2010 as a matter of charity because my amount is not traceable till date.

    chief manager is reluctant even to hear me.

    gm,dgm,agm of sbi local head office,hyderabad were silent though represented immediately by email & fax.

    i am having chque ack & no objection certificate to deliver the car given by the field officer besides email print outs & fax ack etc.

    requesting your authority to see that interest was paid along with damages.

    state Bank Of India Fort Aguada Branch Candolim Goa.Now he had requesed to nominate me on both the Fd receipts.SBI registered on one FD receipt but failed to register on the other and Now the Manager is thhreatening me that he will not pay me the other receipt and by now my uncle is also no more.

Prantij Branch Mr. Sitarambhai who is serving at our Prantij branch doing misbehavior and bad manner with the new and old customers who come to open their accounts instead of giving co-operation to the customers now a days.

    Due to this type of irresponsible and bad manner, the conscience of people of Prantij hurts. Due to this type of utterance of bad words by him and worst type of attitude with the customers of S.B.I. and citizens of prantij, I undersigned desire to take action against him and willing that, his temperament must have some improvements.

    Before this, the branch was issued ATM Cards to the students who had opened their accounts with only rupees one, however; they were issued ATM Cards. Whether those students were 18 years of age at that time ? And, If not, then how they were issued the ATM Cards ? But recently it is said that ATM Cards were issuing to those new customer who were 18 years of age. But if the students give their guardian’s confirmation letter for the same, then what objection the bank would have ?

    Thus, their aim is to use this ATM is due to their stay at hostels and the students and their parents would not have any difficulties in transaction of money from home and must not have any trouble and also their parents are ready to take responsibility about the misuse of ATM by those students. But your official Mr. Sitarambhai do not justify their request and he misbehaved with those students with guilty conscience and the person like us who come with sufficient information, were instead of giving co-operation Mr. Sitarambhai behaved like dictator and irresponsible person.

    So, we appeal your honour to take necessary actions/steps against Mr. Sitarambhai and satisfy us about our needs.

    I am a SB Account holder in Ghatkopar(W) branch of ICICI Bank, a customer hated bank.Inexperienced staff, all freshers, and immature branch manager. Customer service is horrible. Redressal channels do not exist. On line mailing sysytem never accepts any mails. It rejects on some or the other grounds. You have to experience to understand this. Any customer service calls can not be redialled, they are incoming calls barred. I am senior ciizen harrased by the stupid actions of bank staff and no place to go for redressal. Mrs Kochar’s mail ID does not accept our mail. It shows that recipient is not supposed to receive this mail. Where do we go from here. RBI says Grievence channell to be displayed, ICICI says a matrix is available on its site, but it is not accesaable. Can any body help me ?

    Dear Sir,

    WE have a very serious complaint against the ICICI Bank, Hyderabad Branch for not considering our legitimate claim, i.e. reversal of credit card charges charged by the bank. I have a credit card with ICICI bank since 2005 (CC No: 4477468370157005) for which I have been making payments regularly. The rate of interest is 3.4% per month and they also charge Rs.100 to receive cash at the counter and service tax. Due to health problems since October 2010, I was unable to make the payments on time but had been paying the dues after the due dates. I have received calls from Ms. Shruti, Phone number: 040-66143261 – ICICI branch, Gachibowli. On my request to refund the charges, she assured that all charges since October 2010 till date will be refunded and so based on her word, I made payment of Rs.5,800 on 3rd of February 2011 to clear the dues.
    When I wanted to make the next payment on 21 February, 2011, I noticed that charges were not refunded and hence I did not make any payments. I raised a complaint with Customer Care but they have declined to refund the charges bluntly saying that no confirmation was given. I requested them to listen to the calls as the executive repeatedly assured that the charges will be refunded but they did not file any request. I therefore request you to look in to the matter and see that the issue is resolved soon.

How many are pending? What is the shortest and longest period for relief? What are the typical complains the bank receives? Did you ever thought about this? did you ever ask theses statistics? this the reliability matrix, don’t go by press statements by the bank mangers and all marketing gimmicks,They all are paid advertisements. start a movement to make them responsible and answerable for every paisa you are entrusting them, it is your hard earned money don’t simply give it like a fool for a cool drink and VIP treatment

I have an account in ICICI bank vide account number 004601031068 at Ajit Nagar Branch, Patiala and have this account since 11 years. I had applied for hosing loan of amount Rs. 25 lacs in mid of Jan-12 to Sh. Abdul recommended by my privilege bank official Sh. Batish. He checked all my documents and confirmed me that you loan will be sanctioned with in 10-15 days. I informed Mr. Abdul that I have registry date on 15.03.2012 so kindly complete all formalities as soon as possible and my loan must be sanctioned latest by 15.03.2012.
    I have some queries from your bank.
    1. What is minimum time to clear loan.
    2. Why ICICI bank has not sent any written communications to me for sanctioning or not sanctioning loan.
    3. Is Mr. Abdul who is sitting in ICICI bank recommended by Sh. Batish is authorized person form your bank to sanctioned the housing loan. What are his duties and responsibilities?
    4. Do ICICI bank communicate in written to customers regarding loan proceedings.
    5. Send me all proceeding in chronological orders regarding my housing loan proceedings.
    6. Send me the list of responsible persons who deliberately delayed my loan and involved in malpractices.
    7. What action will ICICI bank take against them. Send me copy.

    But after one month no response came from your bank side and neither Mr. Abdul was responding to my phones. I informed Mr. Batish who had recommended that Mr Abdul is not responding to my phones neither have i got any feedback from your bank. He again ensured me that your loan will be approved very soon. I reminded him that I have to make registry on 15.03.2012. On 24 Feb after one month of applying loan I got SMS from your bank that “ amount of Rs. 13788 is debited from your account vide cheque no-7732”. No written communication was sent by your bank. I contacted Mr. Abdul that what is progress of loan and I again reminded him that I have to make registry on 15.03.2012 so kindly do needful. He again ensured me that bank has sanctioned your loan. So bank has charged processing fees after one month of applying loan in spite of claiming that loan can be issued within 10 days.. On 06.03.2012 I got a telephonic message from Mr. Abdul that you loan is not sanctioned. I asked what the reason is. He said land verification team has raised some objections. He also informed me that they generally want their visiting fees to clear the loan. I asked him why I pay money to them if everything is OK and same has been informed by you. I have given all documents to you and you have verified each and every thing now at this moment you are saying bank has raised objections. Then what you people was doing from last two months. You very well know that I have to make a registry on 15.03.2012 and there is no more time to raise funds. I contacted Branch Manager Mr. Virdi, he also not helped me in fact he is also part of nexus which are involved in malpractices.
    Dear sir, I have applied for loan for built house in ICICI bank in mid of January-12 and gave all documents required by ICICI bank, bank employee has also visited the house and all documents were with them. They have verified it and ensured me that your loan will be sanctioned. Then why they took two months to take decision for loan. Mr. Abdul and other bank employee very well knew that I have to make registry on 15.03.2012 and they have deliberately lingered on the process of loan for long period and makes false promises so that I could not have time to apply loan from other bank and they will take advantage the situation and charge money as they want from me to sanctioned loan. This is what happening in ICICI braches at ground level for genuine customers who have paying capacity to pay loan. At ground level there is nexus between ICICI bank employee and third party who is deputed to verify the land and they are deliberately create situation in which customer could not have other choice but to bribe them as they want. Third party bank have hired for land verification is not paying adequate salaries to their employees and forcing them to involve in malpractices. Even they have shallow knowledge and they are not qualified. Since they are representing ICICI bank hence ultimately they are ruining the name of Bank. ICICI bank has not sent any communication regarding loan proceeding TILL DATE. Branch Manager and their friends sitting in bank office also misbehaved with me and my wife. Is this way of ICICI working?

    WE ARE UPSET OF THIS MIS COMMUNICATION AND CONTACTED THE
    NODAL OFFICERS WHO UNDERSTAND AND INTERFERED.
    FINALLY THEY WANT US TO CONTACT ANOTHER OFFICIAL WHO CAN DO HIS JOB PERFECTLY.THEY HAVE AVOIDED THE OFFICIAL WHO WAS DEALING SINCE THE BEGINING ABOUT OUR HOME MORTGAGE FILE.

    HOME ADDRESS AT HYDERABAD.WE ARE GETTING PAYMENT NOTICES TO OUR CURRENT ADDRESS UPTO DATE BUT NOT THE SALE NOTICE GIVEN TO LOCAL PAPER AT HYDERABAD BY THE HSBC.
    WE WERE ASSURED BY THE BANK OFFICIAL THAT HE WAS GOING TO DO THAT AND CONTACT WITH THE UPTO DATE INFORMATION.
