   This is about the Banks in Puducherry, India. Most of the banks nowadays are not ready to change the damaged notes in their bank. Then who will change it. It is the duty of the Banks to change the damaged notes to the customers. But it happened in S.B.I.Puducherry Main Branch, that they say for the past 1 and half years, there is no staff for changing the cut notes. Nobody has been deputed in that post so far. The Previous staff got retirement and nobody has been replaced for that. What is this? This is absolutely abnormal. So what the customers will do in this regard?

   Respected Sir,
   I regret to inform you that I have been harassed again since last Fifteen days by the officials of BSES (Meera Bagh) Distt. – NANGLOI regarding new DOMESTIC Connection at 213 – C, RANHOLA VIHAR, SAFIPUR RANHOLA VILLAGE, NEAR BHARDWAJ PROPERTIES, NEW DELHI – 110041 which request no is R1301100001078 dated 13/ 01 /2010

   That on dated 21 / 01/ 2010 I had recieved a call from ( J E who came for inspection ) the officials of BSES ( Meera Bagh) regarding above said request no – R1301100001078 that “Meter for New Connection is approved but you have to pay Rs. 15000/- ( Extra ) to collect the demand letter and to install the Meter earliear..”
   But after make a complaint / sent mails at delhi.customercare@relianceada.com on dated 28/01/2010 immediate neccessary / favourable action was taken by Sh. Naveen ji (Manager) and my problem was solved at that time. Because as per Sh. Naveen ji’s directions I went to the Concerned BSES office and I got demand note and security money was deposited easily on 29/01/2010
   But despite security money is deposited upto till date Meter is not installed and I have been harassed again since last Fifteen days by the officials of BSES , I can’t understand that being a very poor man what should i do now and how much days it will take to install the above said Meter.
   Now I am requesting to you kindly do needful in this regard as earlieast possible. I shall be highly oblige to you for this act of kindness.

   Respected Sir,
   a local mafia is quite active in ‘D’block area,pare wali masjid,mehrauli.this mafia is headed by Zulfikar Ali@ bhutto & his other family members.if anybody raise voice against them,they brutally beat & involve the person in a false police case,the mafia harm their families including kids.
   thy have a nexus with local police & MCD’s area officer,
   we have complaint the same to MCD ,Police many times but action has been taken.please demolish the illegal,punish the culprits.add;- ;D;-9,Ambedkar colony,pare wali masjid ,andheria mod,new delhi.

   Sir,
   i have filled many complaint on consumer form via net & also complaint to mcd office complaint no. 16350 but there is no action taken.please understand our problem

   It is a matter of deep concern / importance that some illegal factories thar are working in residential areas are polluting these places and are becoming main cause of making it unfavourable for human being to live in an environment of peice. What these factories are doing here in residential areas while according to the laws no body has the right to violet the lawas by opening illegal factories in the residential areas and why no action is being taken on people who are taking initiative of this violence.

   Now coming to the point, I am a resident of Guru Nanak Nagar (Major Bhupinder singh Nagar ) Near Sahib Pura , New Delhi- 18 . I am not mentioning my name and House no. here as I want to keep my details confidential because I am a resident of this area and I may have quarrel with the concerned people if I expose my name here. Now coming to the problem, in this residential area some illegal factory (like: One factory working under tha name of BALAJI CONFECTIONARY WORKS in street No.11 , Guru Nank nagar (Near sahib Pura ) are working freely. They Makes food things like toffees etc. for childrens without any fooding license or factory license from any authority , which is also harmfull for childrens This factories are hampering the piece and environment of the place. People are sick of these factories as the workers in these factories work till 12:00 Midnight from 6 AM and some time the whole night. As the factory are situated in between the houses of common people, people near by are not able to sleep at night. Working machines make a huge noise that can be heard in the street from several meters away specially at night when working people reach home for some rest and relax and to have a sound sleep it is unbearable. Not only this but the people working in these factories are very rude and mis conducting. the owners of the factory live apart in silence and other people suffer because of them. while working during the day and night these workers listen to FM Radio , TV and Tape Recorders at a very high volume which makes it even more difficult for people living around to sleep in piece. People living around can not expect moments of piece. So we the people can not tollerate and bear the working of these illegal factories in this residential area any more.

   All we common people can do is to request you to understand our problem by putting yourself on our place and take an immediate / fast action against such unauthorised factories in our area that are making this place like hell

   This is a collective complaint by us the victims of these factories. Hoping to have a quick and strict action in this regard soon.
