The cruise ship on Lake Lucerne stops at a number of stops on the way, and in each case, there were some excellent sights. But in each case, there was distance between the ship and shore; it was only at the location of Stansstad that the distance between the ship and the shore was as minimal as you are seeing in the photo. It’s almost like you are standing on the shore.
