The pulpit of the Se Cathedral in old Goa
The Se Cathedral in Goa is a magnificent structure, for which the construction was started in the year 1562, actually building on top of an older structure. In those days, construction of such magnificent buildings took a lot of time, with the construction actually getting completed by the year 1619 and was finally consecrated in the year 1940.
The pulpit of the cathedral was magnificent, although we were not allowed to get much closer to it than the distance from which I shot this photo.
